Online interpreting for Europan Europe
In a few words
The European architects’ association Eurpan Europe is one of ColiguaRSI’s first customers. Right from the start of the global health crisis, ColinguaRSI and European Europe worked together to find the best way for the European association to maintain its online activities. Together, we quickly chose Zoom to organize the association’s first trilingual work meetings, thanks to Zoom’s simlutaneous interpreting module, which creates channels for our English, Spanish and French interpreters.
The event
The Europan Europe Board meets several times a year in preparation for the organization of its European architecture and urban planning competition. The meetings, which are simultaneously translated by our teams of interpreters, are organized on Zoom and aim to set the contours and practical guidelines of the competition based on feedback from national members.
About our online interpreting agency
The collaboration between our interpreters and the Europan Europe staff goes back several years, well before the health crisis. ColinguaRSI was able to launch its first online simultaneous interpreting services thanks to close collaboration with the Europan Europe teams, who wanted to organize their competition online rather than cancel it due to confinement.
ColinguaRSI quickly confirmed its ability to organize Zoom sessions for European Europe and provide simultaneous translation in several languages during the European competition. The languages interpreted in the first online contest were English, Spanish, German and French.

Europan Europe is an international architecture and urban planning competition that gives young professionals from across Europe the opportunity to present their projects for urban sites undergoing transformation. The competition is held every two years in different European countries.
